Let yourself off the hook from the self-sabotage that comes from ignoring your rest.

You will get it done.
It's okay to say no.
You have done more than enough, and you don't need to "earn" your rest (especially if others are asking you for more).
A good recipe for burnout, self-war, judgments, and more stress in your life is thinking that your self-worth is somehow tied to your productivity
(Corporate America - I'm calling you out).
Diamonds are formed under pressure, and bread rises when you let it rest. No one can perform at the same level for every season of their life.
Listening to your inner intuition when it tells you what you need (and it is ALWAYS telling you what you need) already gets you halfway through that growth!
The other half of the journey is in TRUSTING the wisdom of that and moving forward in that mindset.
Anyone who judges you is wrestling with their own internal growth.
We have been conditioned for so long to go against our intuition-- to outsource it-- and this is a recipe for UNfulfillment.
You are your own best expert. You know what you need.
Uplevel your rest by not serving it to yourself with a side of guilt, but rather be proud that you are cultivating peace for you and your life.
Where can you clear any clutter in your calendar this weekend to prioritize some rest?

XOXO,

Coach Coop
